The staff were so friendly and welcoming, providing great personalized service. The hotel was located right in the heart of the city, near Naples' Cathedral and surrounded by the natural beauty of Phlegraean Fields and Vesuvius National Park. I also enjoyed exploring the area's wineries.

Had quite the adventure with the cockroach in my room.

The place is very close to the bus station and in the center of the tourism sites and city with easy connectivity to the main thoroughfare and transport. Altho the staff speaks italian, she is very kind and helpful. The room is a delight for the price.

loved our stay at this hidden gem in Naples. The young girl at reception was incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was simple but satisfying.

Is extremely noisy on night. You can hear every single italian neighbour from the building with family discussions. The room key was a disaster, it took us more than 10 minutes to open the door.

Convenient location and comfortable beds. The room was clean and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. However, the shower fixture was broken and had to be hand-held. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay. it was a good experience.

The location in the city (historical) center, with bus station in front of the house. The lady at the reception desk is nice and friendly, although communication in English is limited; the service is good, enters in the rooms every day.

The breakfast; for those who don’t like or wish more or something else than a little croissant and very small slices of toast with jam without butter is not a choice or can be considered only bed, without breakfast. It’s a clean place to sleep for travelers and that’s all; very modest furniture, not all the rooms are equipped with kitchenette; the view can be to a inner courtyard.

Very nice room, very good location close to Pizzeria del President!!! (We highly recommend to buy pizza there to take away and eat at home) The staff was very pleasant; there was free wi-fi. After the walking trip from Central Station through Naples, the hotel seemed like a paradise.
